Our task was to design and develop a custom CRM system that supports Cash Express’s daily operations, enabling their team to manage transfers, client data, and partner relationships efficiently.
We implemented a robust platform with role-based access, centralized transaction management, and streamlined workflows to track money transfers and customer interactions. The CRM ensures accurate data handling, reporting, and quick access to client histories, allowing staff to process requests reliably and securely.
